• All abstracts must follow the MEDEXPO II-26 Abstract Template (MEDEXPO_II_Abstract_Template.docx).
• Abstracts must be 250–300 words, written in a single paragraph (no indentations, bullets, or references).
• Include Title, Authors, Background & Objectives, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion.
• Provide 3–5 keywords at the end of your abstract.
• Submit your abstract in a Word file (Word format .doc or .docx).
• Abstracts not following the required format or exceeding the word limit will be rejected.
• Each submission will be peer-reviewed by the MEDEXPO II Scientific Committee.
• Notification of acceptance (Oral or Poster) will be sent via email.
• Presenters must register for the conference after abstract submission to confirm inclusion in the program.
• Deadline for submission: April 10th, 2026
