Reimbursement of publication fee (Article processing charge / APC) for research articles will be done as under:

1. Reimbursement policy is applicable only for the articles routed through L-ORIC within 15 days of the date of publication.
2. Eligibility for reimbursement application includes articles published in journals recognized by PM&DC or HEC or articles published in indexed journals on Medline/PubMed/PubMed Central/Index Medicus/Scopus or listed in Web of Science [JCR enlisted Journals with impact or WoS Master Journal List including Emerging Source Citation Index (ESCI)].
3. The fee reimbursement will be calculated by dividing the publication fee by the total number of authors, and reimbursement will only be for the calculated share of the authors affiliated with CMH Lahore Medical College & Institute of Dentistry, NUMS. Applicant must ensure compliance with Data Repository Policy of L-ORIC.
4. The amount reimbursed will be up to a maximum of Rs.75,000/- (Seventy-five thousand rupees) per affiliated author and up to a maximum of Rs.125,000/- (One hundred twenty-five thousand rupees) per article if the number of affiliated authors is two or more.
5. Fee shall be reimbursed on production of invoice, payment receipt, published paper, and verification of the Director L-ORIC.
