Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Eligibility is restricted to currently enrolled undergraduate students of MBBS, BDS, BSN or Allied Health Sciences programs.
- Students are welcome to present ongoing projects or studies with early findings; completed research is not mandatory.
- Participants are required to design a research poster and submit the final soft copy by email to srccmh@gmail.com no later than 10th April, 2026.
- Printing of posters is the responsibility of the participants.
- The organizing team will stay in touch with presenters throughout the process to provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure a smooth experience.
Poster Format & Design Requirements
- Poster dimensions: 24 inches × 60 inches
- Orientation: Portrait
- Graphs: Up to three (3) graphs may be included
- Images: A maximum of four (4) pictures is allowed
Content Requirements
Each poster should clearly display the following sections:
- Title of the study
- Name and/or logo of the institution
- Names of the principal investigator and co-investigators
- Background or introduction
- Objectives of the study
- Methodology
- Key results
- Conclusions
- References
- Limitations and/or future directions
Presentation & Evaluation
- For team-based projects, more than one presenters can present the poster to the judges.
- Information regarding the presentation schedule and venue will be shared with participants ahead of the event.
- All presentations and discussions will be conducted in English.
- An impartial panel of experienced judges will evaluate the presentations.
- Winners and prize details will be revealed during the closing or award ceremony.
Certificates will be provided to all participants in recognition of their participation
