Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • Eligibility is restricted to currently enrolled undergraduate students of MBBS, BDS, BSN or Allied Health Sciences programs.
  • Students are welcome to present ongoing projects or studies with early findings; completed research is not mandatory.
  • Participants are required to design a research poster and submit the final soft copy by email to srccmh@gmail.com no later than 10th April, 2026.
  • Printing of posters is the responsibility of the participants.
  • The organizing team will stay in touch with presenters throughout the process to provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure a smooth experience.

Poster Format & Design Requirements

  • Poster dimensions: 24 inches × 60 inches
  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Graphs: Up to three (3) graphs may be included
  • Images: A maximum of four (4) pictures is allowed

Content Requirements

Each poster should clearly display the following sections:

  • Title of the study
  • Name and/or logo of the institution
  • Names of the principal investigator and co-investigators
  • Background or introduction
  • Objectives of the study
  • Methodology
  • Key results
  • Conclusions
  • References
  • Limitations and/or future directions

Presentation & Evaluation

  • For team-based projects, more than one presenters can present the poster to the judges.
  • Information regarding the presentation schedule and venue will be shared with participants ahead of the event.
  • All presentations and discussions will be conducted in English.
  • An impartial panel of experienced judges will evaluate the presentations.
  • Winners and prize details will be revealed during the closing or award ceremony.

Certificates will be provided to all participants in recognition of their participation
