Poster Presentation Guidelines

Eligibility is restricted to currently enrolled undergraduate students of MBBS, BDS, BSN or Allied Health Sciences programs.
Students are welcome to present ongoing projects or studies with early findings; completed research is not mandatory.
Participants are required to design a research poster and submit the final soft copy by email to srccmh@gmail.com no later than 10th April, 2026.
Printing of posters is the responsibility of the participants.
The organizing team will stay in touch with presenters throughout the process to provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure a smooth experience.

Poster Format & Design Requirements

Each poster should clearly display the following sections:

For team-based projects, more than one presenters can present the poster to the judges.
Information regarding the presentation schedule and venue will be shared with participants ahead of the event.
All presentations and discussions will be conducted in English.
An impartial panel of experienced judges will evaluate the presentations.
Winners and prize details will be revealed during the closing or award ceremony.

Certificates will be provided to all participants in recognition of their participation
