Animal Research Laboratory

Animal Research Laboratory at CMH LMC & IOD is a state-of-the-art facility, dedicated to advancing knowledge and understanding across various medical fields, through ethical and responsible research involving animals. It is equipped with cutting-edge technology and staffed by a team of skilled professionals who prioritize the welfare and well-being of the animals under care.

Animals available for research: Mice, Rats and Rabbits

Protocol to avail ARL facility:

Faculty members and students of CMH LMC & IOD can avail the Animal Lab facility for their research projects, free of cost.

In order to apply, please email the following documents at animal_lab@cmhlahore.edu.pk

  1. A cover letter, stating the title of the research project, timeline, number and type of animals required and details of the principal investigator, including designation, department, email and contact number.
  2. Complete research proposal
  3. Ethical approval certificate
