The reimbursement policy for registration and travel expense will be done as under: -

1. Applicant must be a full-time faculty member or currently enrolled student of the college.
2. The Principal Author of the paper to be presented will be eligible to apply.
3. Must be presenting a scientific paper (oral or poster) at a recognized national or international conference.
4. Reimbursement is limited to Rs 20,000 per applicant per financial year. The same individual may only avail this reimbursement once every two years.
5. A maximum of 2 faculty members and 3 students may avail this support annually.
6. Reimbursement will be granted on basis of impact, relevance, and credibility of conference on recommendation by Committee members including Director L-ORIC, In-charge Data Repository and Publication Directory, and In-charge Research Impact Fund.
7. Applicants must submit the following to L-ORIC (Office 278) within 15 days of conference participation: cover letter, evidence of approval of abstract, conference registration receipt, travel ticket payment receipt, and certificate of presentation issued by the conference organizers. The applications received with be reviewed in July and December.
