
Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Eligibility is restricted to currently enrolled undergraduate students of MBBS, BDS, BSN or Allied Health Sciences programs.
- Students are welcome to present ongoing projects or studies with early findings; completed research is not mandatory.
- Each participant is required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation of their research work and submit it via email to srccmh@gmail.com no later than 10th April, 2026.
- In the case of group submissions, two members per team will be permitted to present the research before the judging panel.
- Each presentation will be allotted a total of 10 minutes, comprising 8 minutes for the oral presentation followed by 2 minutes for questions and discussion.
- Presenters are solely responsible for ensuring that their presentation is completed within the specified time limit.
- There is no restriction on the number of slides; however, the content should remain concise and relevant.
- The presentation must include slides covering the following sections:
Title, Introduction/Background, Aims and Objectives, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, References, and Limitations/Future Directions. - Slides should be easy to read, visually clean, and professionally designed.
- Use clear graphs, charts, and high-quality visuals to support your data and enhance understanding.
- Information regarding the presentation schedule and venue will be shared with participants ahead of the event.
- All presentations and discussions will be conducted in English.
- An impartial panel of experienced judges will evaluate the presentations.
- Winners and prize details will be revealed during the closing or award ceremony.
- Certificates will be provided to all participants in recognition of their participation.
