Oral Presentation Guidelines

Eligibility is restricted to currently enrolled undergraduate students of MBBS, BDS, BSN or Allied Health Sciences programs.
Students are welcome to present ongoing projects or studies with early findings; completed research is not mandatory.
Each participant is required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation of their research work and submit it via email to srccmh@gmail.com no later than 10th April, 2026.
In the case of group submissions, two members per team will be permitted to present the research before the judging panel.
Each presentation will be allotted a total of 10 minutes, comprising 8 minutes for the oral presentation followed by 2 minutes for questions and discussion.
Presenters are solely responsible for ensuring that their presentation is completed within the specified time limit.
There is no restriction on the number of slides; however, the content should remain concise and relevant.
The presentation must include slides covering the following sections:
Title, Introduction/Background, Aims and Objectives, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, References, and Limitations/Future Directions.
Slides should be easy to read, visually clean, and professionally designed.
Use clear graphs, charts, and high-quality visuals to support your data and enhance understanding.
Information regarding the presentation schedule and venue will be shared with participants ahead of the event.
All presentations and discussions will be conducted in English.
An impartial panel of experienced judges will evaluate the presentations.
Winners and prize details will be revealed during the closing or award ceremony.
Certificates will be provided to all participants in recognition of their participation.
