On Annual Integrated Research Conference 2026 on 17th December, there will be a Research Idea Fair where students can present their research proposals/ideas in the form of a poster. There is no fee for this session.

Venue: Room 302, 2nd Floor, Institute of Dentistry, Maxillofacial Center Building.

Time: 8:30-10:30

Registration deadline: 1st December 2026

Date of poster submission: 16th December 2026

Guidelines for poster:

•          Poster should be 2 x 2 feet.

•          Contents of poster: Title, members names, supervisor’ name, significance of topic, gap to be addressed, study design, sampling technique, data collection method, target sample, study setting and expected results, references (4-5) in Vancouver style.

•          A brief abstract of the research idea (200 word limit) should be attached with this form including the gap you will be addressing, significance of this study, study design, sampling technique, target sample, study setting, and data collection method including names of any pre-validated questionnaires that you will use.

•          Do not overcrowd with text. You may add flowcharts and pictures.

•          All text should be visible from a distance of at least 5 feet.

•          No need for standees or frames. Posters will be displayed on the walls using double tape.

•          You are required to display your poster on 16th December 2026 to avoid inconvenience on the day of the presentation.

Posters are for research idea only, NOT for completed projects.
